No matter the number of expensive fancy knives I buy, I keep going back to these. They are thin and sharp, easy to hold. keep their sharpness forever and work well for most tasks required in Indian vegetarian cooking. It's hard to cut big things like a pineapple- the knife wobbles and may get stuck in the pineapple. But then it's not the knife for that kind of job anyway.
