Ok, so I bought this to replace my Samsung Galaxy s6 lite. The UI is definitely different and not as easy to navigate. There is no option to close individual applications. I really want to like this but it's definitely not as polished. After a couple of days of testing I'm sending it back. There is nothing wrong with it, especially for the price, I was just hoping for a better UI experience. Even with Nova Launcher it still felt unpolished. Read more

After just a couple hours of use doing the basic set-up of the tablet, it stopped responding to touch. I tried all the basic restart things and nothing worked. I contacted the company (their website is junk) via mssage through WhatsApp and the way I was told to factory reset the tablet required turning off the tablet, but one can't turn off the tablet without using the touch screen. Not helpful. I had also messaged through Amazon and via that messaging service they sent links for videos for troubleshooting and resetting the tablet but one of the links said I didn't have an authentication code and one said the video didn't exist anymore, so, again, not helpful.
