I bought a few of these to illuminate some Christmas decorations in the yard. They work quite well. They are not that bright but I didn't need them to be bright. I have two of them sitting about three feet in front of a nativity scene and the light it well enough to be seen. They would not be bright enough if placed much further away. They run all night after charged for a complete full-sun day. They charge on cloudy/rainy/foggy days enough to run three or four hours.
