This is my second one, my first one was a pink 32 oz and it survived a car accident out of state and is still with me for my bigger trips. This lilac color is sooo beautiful. This size is absolutely perfect for ice lovers because there’s still enough cold liquid to drink with ice filled to the rim. This size fits perfect in cup holders and the straw is awesome so you can drink (water) and drive at the same time. I haven’t had any issues with the straw or molding, and I’ve been taking extra care and using it only for water. My other ones rubber rim started to discolor and smell a little funny because I didn’t take proper care but baking soda and soap solution fixed that. There easy to clean. Really does stay cold for 24 hours+, and I would assume the said 12 for hot but I haven’t tried it out. There is metal taste even after sitting around for 24 hours. I did a lot of research before buying my first Takeya as a proper thermous can get pricey but takeyas do not disappoint ! Not to mention how even when the bottle is the sun dose not get hot to touch. Perfect for a day out. Or road trip(the reason I bout my first one) lifesaver in the heat. No leaking when the straw is down even when upside down. The straw main trains the position you place it in. And the color matches the image description. Also if your a Christian let me shout out “hernameismelody”🌸 she sells the cutest faith encouraging stickers ever that compliment this thermous perfectly. I used portrait mode so the stickers look fuzzy but you get the gist :) Read more

Love this bottle, it’s the only thing I drink from, I hardly ever use a glass. Keep beverage cold all day, I put it in the frig at night and if there is ice in it, it’s still there in the morning. Excellent quality, easy to clean and tote. Worth the money.. Read more

Takeya is my all time favorite water bottles ever. The insulation holds temperature realllly well in my opinion. The color choices are stylish. I had one that I lost and loved so much I bought 2 to replace it. I feel like these are very high quality and easy to take everywhere on a day to day basis. Read more

Will keep a drink cold for two days. Takeya is absolutely my favorite brand. The straws tend to stretch if you put them in the dishwasher and not stay on, but if you don't do that - they're fab. Never had one leak. Keeps things cold. Owalla and Stanley may be more popular brands, but Takeya is really just better. Read more

We've been a pretty loyal Takeya customer for awhile now. We love their bottles, they keep our water and ice cold, are leak proof, tough (we drop our stuff a lot). I also love that this size is thin. It's tall and skinny and easy to handle. It fits in a cup holder perfectly (although sometimes we accidentally leave the "butt" behind, the rubber piece on the bottom lol). I think this is the fourth or fifth Takeya bottle I bought and it's by far the prettiest too! 100% will continue purchasing these bottles. They hold up absolutely great. Can't say enough good things about them. Read more

I'll write this review in comparison to Hydroflask since they're direct competitors. I would say this is essentially the same quality compared to the Hydroflask but with slightly weaker durability. I have owned both, and my Hydroflask got dropped more times with less dents compared to my Takeya. However, since the Takeya comes with a soft rubber cover on the bottom, that makes up for some of it. The lid is also superior to Hydroflask- both the spout and the straw lid. It keeps liquids and ice cool for basically an entire 24 hours, I didn't notice a major difference between this and Hydroflask. I can usually get two or three rounds of refills with one set of ice. There's a slight issue with the rubber cover in that it is a little too grippy. I have a cup-holder extension to fit 32oz bottles in my car, and it makes it too grippy to remove, but that's a bit of a niche issue. The rubber cover is really convenient basically everywhere. You can put it on top of your car since it's rubber and won't scratch, and when you place it on a surface it won't slide and makes minimal noise. If you drop it, it also makes much less noise and protects it from denting. It's a huge quality of life improvement. The straw lid goes bad after a couple years with a leaky noise issue, but then again I didn't take care of mine that well and that's like a $10 replacement. Overall, I see no real reason to pay more for a Hydroflask unless you want to flex brand name or have the money to blow. You get the same for less with this. Read more
