It’s strange looking, but oh my god does it feel good on my neck. I have awful neck issues with bone spurs and compressed discs and this pillow actually feels amazing to lay on. I was worried because I struggle to sleep on my back, but this is comfortable on my back and on my side! Love!! Read more

Not nearly as soft as the video presents it to be! I laid my head back and couldn't even get NEAR the center indentation because the edges were too firm! I have pretty severe arthritis and wanted to return it. Their policy states it must be in UNUSED, original condition! HOW can you try the pillow unless you take it out of the very tightly rolled plastic sleeve? That voids your warranty right there. Plus, the delivery driver must have tossed it already opened, because the box was not only popped open, but ALL paperwork was missing. Very odd. Amazon was great about it and refunded me without the hassle of trying to put it back into the sleeve to try returning it. The only plus is that you can tell it's not made from toxic materials - there's NO scent whatsoever. I only wish it was softer or at least had more give. Read more

The lady in the photos looks like she's in heaven, so I was really excited because I got this pillow after a car accident, thinking it would help with my whiplash symptoms. This pillow is not as "tall" (idk if that's the word I'm looking for) as expected, nor is it as supportive. Maybe it's just my anatomy, but this is actually super uncomfortable for my neck and has caused me more neck pain going down into my back, and made it to where I'm unable to turn my head fully one way. The only thing it is kind of nice for is sitting on the recliner watching TV, but not for sleeping. This is probably a return for me. Read more
