These earbuds deliver well for the price. I was on the lookout for new earbuds because my old music player can't pair with the newest release of the fancier pro earbuds that I have. To my relief, these pair with all my devices just fine. PC, tablet, phone, and music player. Music quality is totally fine, no lags or skips or drops when walking around or into another room. The noise cancelling is maybe 20%, whereas my fancier pair that cost like 5 of these is more like 80% when comparing the same ambient noise. So you're not getting great noise cancelling but you can tell when it's on. One thing I don't like about these is that there's a voice that slowly and evenly tells you what you're doing--'talk through', 'noise cancellation on', 'noise cancellation off'--when it could just be a quick notification sound. The case design as a phone holder is very clever; I've never seen that done before. Depending on the size of your phone and the orientation you want it at you might have to fiddle with it a little bit, but it totally works. And the silicone foot around the bottom helps hold it in place while using it as a stand. Aesthetically, the case is nice and sleek, and the brand name is very lightly engraved on the top, so at least on the white one I have you can't even see it from some angles. The earbuds themselves are lightweight, maybe 2/3 the weight of the expensive option. They're plastic but don't feel overly cheap. They come with 3 size plastic ear tips to find your best fit. All the functions work as advertised. Overall, these are a solid option. They're functional, creative, and a more affordable price point. If you're really concerned with noise cancellation they won't help you too much there, but that function does work a bit. There are some inherent limitations at this price, so it's not their fault. I’ve been using the TALIX T30 earbuds for a while now and overall I’m pretty pleased with them, depending on what you’re using them for. For music, especially heavier genres like metal, the sound profile wasn’t ideal for me. The bass is very strong and tends to overpower the mix, which caused some songs to sound a bit distorted. On the tracks I tested, the vocals often got washed out, making it harder to hear the details in the music. Because of that, I personally wouldn’t recommend these if your main goal is listening to music, particularly heavier or more complex genres. Where these earbuds really shine is with spoken audio. For audiobooks, podcasts, and general listening, they sound clear and work very well for the price. I’ve also been using them during the workday for calls and meetings, and they’ve been great for that. Voices come through clearly and they’re comfortable enough to use for longer periods. One feature I genuinely love is the charging case doubling as a phone stand. It’s surprisingly useful and something I find myself using all the time, especially when watching videos or keeping my phone propped up during calls. Overall, while they’re not my first choice for music, they’re very solid earbuds for work, calls, podcasts, and audiobooks, and they offer some nice features for the price. Read more

I was rather surprised by these earbuds, as I wasn't expecting them to sound or respond as well as they did. First, let me say that this is the first pair of buds I've owned that have that design of hanging out the ear as got started with the red fruit company. I very much like that the size of the buds and their carrying/charge case are rather small. This makes for easy transportation either in your pocket or a bag. The color is a nice blue, which is a step away from the typical black, white or gray color scheme. The case also serves as a phone stand wherein you can flip a little lever at the bottom to hold your phone. You can also adjust/hold the angle of the lid of the case as well (nice touch, Talix). However, this is just the beginning. As for the buds, the sound quality of the bass was really good. And yes, though these are more in-the-ear style buds, they do fit well (and come with adjustable ear tip sizes) and the music quality isn't bad. I could hear things very well at roughly 50% volume, and the bass was definitely present (as advertised, thank goodness). When talking to others, I could hear them clearly, even with mid-level volume, and I received no complaints regarding my volume or sound quality. The design of the buds, related to their touch response, is excellent. As you touch the appropriate bud (left or right), it will accurately pick up your touch and does very well or having ANC turned on/off, or allowing for ambient sound. Overall, especially for the type of earbud that I would typically pass up, the T30 by Talix are pretty good. Read more
