I ordered the Medium Long and they are true to size. The tag on the material claims softness "like silk" which is a bit of an exaggeration. When they arrived they felt like a lightly starched cotton, but after a trip through the wash they softened up nicely (though still not "silk"). Overall I'd say they fit on the slender side, which works for me. No issues with any shrinkage after going through the washer and dryer. I got these for my husband for summer. I received a white x-large long 33 inseam. He said they were comfy and fit, nice and breezy. They are see-though so he would have to get some skin colored boxers to wear them, even then, you'll still be able to see leg outlines. The length was pretty good as well. These are very nice pants, super soft and comfortable. They are good for wearing out or lounging in. I like the extra lengths that are available for us tall folks. I did drop a star as they seem to be a little tight to start with and fully expect they will shrink a bit in washing. If you were to buy, I would buy one size up to be safe.
