For the price, these are overall good microphones, but they have 2 glaring faults. One is the somewhat flimsy plastic housing. Do not drop these. If you can, wrap them in something to offer more protection. Second, and more importantly, is that they only pick up sound when used close to your mouth and directly in front. The microphone does not pick up sound from the sides or from more than 4 inches away, so keep that in mind. Read more
