I’m so disappointed with this toilet I had to reinstall and install this thing like four times replacing what I thought was the problem the wax ring. After doing this so many times I realize that it was leaking internally from one of the hoses or something above the screw hole where it connects to the Plastic anchor. What a piece of Wow, their response was quite a surprise. They really took care of the issue and I really appreciate it how they handled everything. I bought this product for a Christmas gift, loved the toilet when it worked like it was suppose to, but had some issues in. The beginning. I contacted the company and they sent me two new parts which I had installed but still had a problem, I contacted them again and seems the issue was due to two wires that was crossed. First of all, I’d like to state that the customer service by the seller is outstanding and will do whatever it takes to work with the client to meet and resolve a problem. I have purchased three smart toilets from the seller with only one problem and it was rectified in a fairly fast manner with constant contact as to what was going on. The features for this Bidet are really nice. We love the hands-free, no-touching feature, which eliminates the need to touch the toilet lid or seat. It has the foot sensor option as well, so you can disable the auto-open; it has an auto-flush. Plus, there is a remote. The bidet spray has the clean nozzle option along with the heated seat and more. Almost a year since the purchase, and I had to get help with the bidet. Amazon helped me get in touch with the seller, and they have been great with helping me troubleshoot the problems. I just could not find where I could leave a seller review. Very happy with their customer support for this product. They do not sell this bidet anymore; otherwise, I would purchase it again for my other toilet.
