Very stylish
Taos footwear is fantastic. This boot is stylish and comfortable. I bought a size 10 and they are not tight. Often I find there is not enough room in the toe box. I would purchase again. Read more

Customers say
Customers find these boots comfortable, well-made, and appreciate their true red color. They like the style, being suitable for dressy pants, and love the side zipper feature. The fit receives mixed feedback - while some praise the roomy toe area, others note they run too wide for narrow feet. The arch support and value for money also get mixed reviews.

These are great looking boots. For someone who doesn't wear red clothes it is odd that I have more than 3 pairs of red shoes! If you wear a lot of black, navy, white or any solid color really, you can wear red shoes, a red printed scarf, red gemstones, glasses, etc and it really works! These are true red, not burgundy or pinkish and are the exact color I love best. Despite how good they look, they also need to feel good when wearing. These rank very high on the comfort scale. They flex, have decent arch support and the botton is not overly slick. They remind me a bit of Frye boots in terms of shape and heel. The heel is the perfect height. Tall enough to give you extra height but not so high as to be unwearable all day long when out walking around. In short I recommend this boot, particularly in red. I think they are worth every penny as they are the type that if taken care of will last for years. Read more
Fit as expected, comfortable and great quality. Read more
These are a WORKHORSE of a boot while looking cute! I walked 18,000 steps in NYC last Wednesday and another 15,000 steps the following day. These boots were so comfy and never bothered me. I am glad I broke them in at home before I left because the part near my ankle bone did hurt for a bit, but once broken in, I had no problem! I highly recommend these Mini Crave Boots! Read more
I wish I could recommend these. I kept them, but I should not have done. The heel is so very loose, no matter what I do. I have had to put in some pads to try to keep it in place, and I have had to use a "lock down" tie pattern on my bootlaces. These look like nice boots, but they really aren't the same quality as, say, Rockport Bethany, which I wish to heavens would come back. Just FYI, I do have the correct size. I tried several, and this is the right size. It's just a weird wide heel. Read more
I have many pair of Taos boots, but I had surgery on my left foot and now I need a wider toe box. These were in stock in wide (crave is my favorite) and so far I have no pain at all. it has the inside zipper, great for my hands, the red is a deep color. I expect these to have the durability as my other two pair of Craves. Good arch support. Warm without heavy socks. Read more

I have 11 pairs of Taos shoes. All purchased because of the arch and metatarsal support the Taos footbed provides. The mini Crave boot has none of that. The foot bed is completely different than all others I own. The one pictured on the left in the pictures is the original footbed in all my shoes. The one on the right is the one out of the mini Crave. So disappointed. Read more

This boot is perfect has many quality aspects but sadly just didn't fit. I purchased my usual size 37 in the black. I am usually a 6.5 (with a medium bunion on one foot so toe box is important to me). This boot is just too big on me. My heel lifted up when I walked in it even with thicker socks. The boot itself is really nice (attractive style, like side zip option with front laces, good heel height for casual boot) and it does have a wide enough toe box to accomodate a bunion. Smaller size is currently not available but will try that if I can find it. Would stay this boot runs slightly on the larger size as other reviewers have noted. Read more
