The pants fit perfectly on me. I purchased a size 18 with a 21 inch inseam. I am 5'5" and weigh 190 pounds. The waist has a stretch and the fabric of the pants feels heavier than your usual polyester pants which I really like. I have a hanging belly and when I pair these pants with a loose shirt, it transform me so that I look slimmer and the "pouch" isn't so obvious. Definitely will be buying more to add to my closet. So I'm actually a really short woman, (5'0" and 105 lbs) so ankle length capris are actually my regular pants. I bought these to wear for more professional occasions. The size 4 was surprisingly way too tight in the waist and hips (I usually wear XS, S, or a 4) and despite the length being perfect for my height, even the size 6 fit okay, but I would be unable to tuck in a shirt properly. It just wasnt for what I intended on wearing them for and the fit didn't work for me while some other styles/brands do. Mainly for me, personally, the material just isn't very flattering. It's comfortable, but I feel like in person, they looked inappropriate for meeting or event attire. These are definitely on the more "casual" side of things. The pull up, fake button, and fake zipper lines just don't look as good as they did on Amazon. These pants might be perfect for some, but these definitely aren't for me- I'll be returning them. I just received these pants, I tried them on not very happy, for one thing I ordered black and they are not black they're dark gray, I wear black pants for work. And the length is longer than pictured, so I will be looking like I have flood pants on. The bottom of the pants are very wide(calf). I hate returning things because I'm always charged for shipping so I do not know what I'm going to do about these. Quality of the material is good but everything else is bad. Read more
