These are super cute and look exactly how I'd hoped they would in real life. They're very baggy so they have a lot of room for wiggling around. I was worried since I always struggle with having larger thighs, but even in these I have plenty of room for my legs. My one complaint is about the quality: the elastic waistband is not sewn down, so it has a tendency to get rolled up in the waistband. It's not a big deal, but can result in some discomfort. I’m not sure about these pants. They are quite comfortable. I have another pair of pants from this company that are a linen blend for summer, and these pants are cut in much the same way, but are made from a thicker corduroy type material. Being thicker they also look thicker, and aren’t flowy when I walk. This ends up giving me a very boxy shape. These might be more flattering on taller, thinner people. Giving it 5 stars as they are as advertised. Black, large (size matched other clothing we have marked Large). Got them for the wife - she says they are too warm but will keep as pajama bottoms. I tried them on myself and they feel soft and comfortable but yeah I could 'feel the heat coming on';) Did a quick weight comparison and my summer lightweight linen jam bottoms weigh 0.8 lbs, these harem pants weigh 1.2 lbs, and my standard jeans weigh 1.8 lbs. Laying them flat, I noticed an odd fold in the front, just below the knee, that was about 2 inches at max depth (I stuck a white ruler into the deep end in the attached picture). I see now on the site this same fold. I assume it is to get the 'harem' look, but bugs me now. Drawstrings come knotted on the end as they should be, the two pockets are deep enough to hold a phone. All in all, I cannot recommend based on personal preference - mainly too warm (plus the fold - now that I see it). But will work for others and as advertised so 5 stars. Read more
