I was honestly surprised by how good this protein ice cream mix turned out! I’ve tried a lot of “healthy” or high-protein desserts before, and most of them either taste artificial or have a weird texture but this one really stands out. First, the flavor (chocolate) is rich, smooth, and satisfying without being overly sweet. It actually tastes like a real dessert, not a “diet” substitute. Once prepared, the texture is creamy and scoopable, very close to traditional soft-serve ice cream, especially if you follow the instructions and freeze it properly before spinning. These are tasti as they claim to be- for use with the ninja creami. The chocolate one tastes like a frosty with good consistency. The vanilla has a nice strong vanilla taste. I didn't try the strawberry yet. I made both using fairlife core power milkshakes of corresponding flavor. I spun them on the light ice cream setting twice and found that it went from powdery to nice and smooth after the second spin. I did not add extra liquid between spins or leave it out to thaw and had good success by using the 2 rounds of spinning. Would recommend the product for making lighter ice cream faster that comes out great. So much less work than mixing a bunch of different ingredients and likely better flavor as well. It's about what is to be expected from protein ice cream and what I mean by that is it's not going to taste like a sugar cube. From what it's trying to compete with it's good IMO, but I can't justify the cost. You're paying an extreme premium for something that isn't difficult to concoct yourself. Honestly, if this stuff was about half the cost, I'd probably be a frequent customer, but I can't justify almost $6 a pint before adding milk. Read more

I just tried the chocolate flavor and made it with fairlife chocolate milk and it was delicious and had added protein!! I did it with my regular ice cream maker today but tomorrow I’ll use my new black and decker pint machine. No guilt eating all this protein!! I will buy the chocolate again!! Read more
