I have a mixed feelings about this particular purchase but I have to say I ended up very pleased and satisfied. I originally wanted the type of acrylic paint markers that you shake and that had bigger tips because I needed them for a specific project. The box size threw me off and I first pushed them aside and thought "return" immediately due to being too small But I ended up needing a thin marker in a pinch that night and ended up trying one of these. I was very surprised but delighted in the quality. The colors are bright and perfect for fine details. While I wouldn't be able to use these for the original project I intended them for which was for big pieces of wood, I do have a purpose for them so they have a home in my supply room now. They are hard to open because the caps are on tight. Also I would recommend them for card stock and small wood cutouts but not construction paper or big pieces of wood where big areas need to be colored in. Another good thing about them is the quantity of colors you get and the price was great. I still had to order another set of acrylic markers because I had a specific project that required them but I'm glad I gave these a try anyway and decided not to return them. My wife spends a lot of time coloring and she says without a doubt these are the best double sided marker pen things she's ever had here's a few examples of things she is colored the only issue she has with them is sometimes getting the cap open but I think that's more user error than anything but definitely recommend 10 out of 10 Read more

I love this brand. I have almost every set and type of marker and pen they make. I gave all 5-star reviews except this one. This set disappointed me b/c I have to go over the color twice to achieve coverage. It can bleed thru if you don't prepare in advance. THE ACRYLIC MARKERS ARE OF HIGHER QUALITY & RELIABILITY. I love the colors in this set. However, the color isn't consistent when putting it on the medium. Sometimes it is too much being released from the nib and it has to be blotted so it doesn't run. If not for that issue I would have rated a 5. Read more
