As a 40-year-old woman dealing with mild urinary leakage (mostly sneezing, coughing, or during exercise), I was looking for something reusable and comfortable to wear as a backup, but I most definitely did NOT want uncomfortable, bulky, and heavy diaper-like protection. These underwear pleasantly surprised me! They mostly look and feel like regular cotton underwear, which I really appreciate. The fabric is soft, breathable, and not too stiff or crinkly. These are definitely stiffer than regular non-protective underwear, though. The leak-resistant panel provides enough protection for light leakage and gives me peace of mind that I won't have bladder leakage come through my pants but is not overly thick, heavy, bulky or uncomfortable. They’re also discreet under clothing because they are not overly bulky, and they leave no more of a panty line then non-protective underwear. I wear pretty tight fitting pants, and a visible panty line has not been an issue with this protective underwear, fortunately. While these are marketed toward teens, they work perfectly fine for adults who need light protection. Overall, they are a comfortable, affordable, and effective option for mild bladder leaks, I’ll definitely be purchasing more in the future and recommending them to my female friends who have the same mild bladder leakage issue that I do that seems to be common in our stage of life. These leakproof panties work well for period, and the sizing is true to the measurements posted. They wash well in the laundry, but the leakproof material stains, and the stains on the inside don't come off. Read more
