This is definitely an upper tier box of teeth whitening strips. I applied the upper and lower strips. They adhered very well. There wasn't any real bad taste. I kept them on for an hour. They came off easy, once done. After a week of using these, I did notice my teeth were whighter. My wife noticed as well. I do have sensitive gums. I didn't experience any discomfort. I used to run right to the the reviews with my first impression but that can sometimes change later. So, after a month with these whitening strips I can say that they really work. They're easy to put on, they stay on without being too slippery and sliding off. They taste fresh and don't have a medicinal taste like some I've used. Work just great like most other whitening strips - they stay on great! No slipping all over. I was expecting a very fruity raspberry taste but its actually very subtle. Still quite minty, very similar to a regular white strip.
