So far, so good. These strips are individually-sealed, which is very convenient. I am able to take them to work and use them while in my office. It is nice that all I need is the simple little packet with one upper and one lower strip. The apply very easily, but I do recommend following the directions and applying to DRY teeth. Simply use a face towel or tissue to dry you teeth. You simply place the larger one on your top teeth, and fold under to get the backs/secure the strip. 90 minutes later, remove it. These 14 strips will last for two weeks of whitening (and they claim only 12 days is needed), and I can't wait to see the results. I suffered absolutely no tooth nor gum discomfort using these strips for the maximum-recommended two hours.
