• 3, How To Use: 💦 1, Soaked in 75-80 °C hot water about 10-12s; 💦 2, take it out when you see the tray's edge is wrinkled, it will be soft at that time; 💦 3, put the tray on your dental bed, press down the bonding surface of tray and teeth with your fingers about 20-30s, to mould the perfect fit for your teeth. 💦 If the tray's shape is not made well, you can repeat the process for the second moulding.
• 4, For Teeth Whitening: Concomitant use with whitening gel (not included). Smear the gel evenly inside the tray, make it touch the outer tooth surface.
