This is a delicious tea that comes in a beautiful airtight package. There were also a few freebies in the package, ie a few tea bags of other flavors. I brew this tea in a compostable bag. I drink it every morning. its delicious!! I am about 1/2 way through the large bag and will order more in a few weeks. There are, apparently, health benefits from drinking green tea from ceylon. I also drink a few other green teas, but this one I drink every morning. The caffeine level is not too much for me at all, it wears off by bed time. I had high hopes for this tea. I am well familiar with Gunpowder Green Tea. This particular one received very positive reviews, & I was pleased to find one that is organic & not from China. I have brewed it three times now, correctly, determined to understand and appreciate its complexity. I prefer to drink my tea straight, unadulterated in order to taste the tea fully. I find it to be almost void of flavor-the essence I have previously loved in Gunpowder Green is absent. The caffeine level is extreme; I am no lightweight when it comes to caffeine, but this my 71 year old system cannot tolerate. It doesn't look like a bunch of perfect little balls like I have come to expect but it is better tea than those others I have tried that do have the right look. There were some stems but not an unacceptable amount. I was surprised by the amount of caffeine, this tea seems quite potent. Doesn't give me a panic attack like french press coffee on an entry stomach does. But it did give me a some jitters when I purposely made a strong, large, serving. I will be buying this again. I quit coffee because it is so expensive and bulky and habit forming. Tea is far more portable, easier to make thany preferred cup of joe, and not habit forming, to me at least. Big win for my budget and my addictive personality. Read more
