Lotion is good, but the bottle doesn't take a regular pump, so you have to figure out how to get it from the gallon size into a smaller size. We simply use a heavy duty baggy and cut off the corner, squeezing it into the smaller bottles like cake decorators do with frosting. Otherwise, is smells good and isn't too think or too runny. I like this lotion. It has a light, refreshing scent that really does seem reminiscent of tea and lemongrass. There is nothing cloying about the fragrance and it doesn't have that artificial note that some lotions seem to have. The scent lingers on the skin for just a short time. The lotion is creamy white in appearance, and it has a light-weight feel but is not at all thin or runny. It is of a medium viscosity so it doesn't feel too thick either, and it goes on smoothly, sinks into my skin rapidly with no sticky or tacky feeling. I would say that this lotion delivers a moderate level of hydration which is probably perfect for those with normal skin. For those like me, that have very dry skin, a single application of this lotion is great for the warmer months, but with winter well underway, I need a second application after the first has absorbed to leave my skin feeling well moisturized. I received four gallons of this lotion -- two are in use right now and the other two are being stored in a closet with my cleaning products until needed. My family goes through a lot of lotion, especially at this time of year, so I left one gallon fitted with a pump dispenser in the bathroom to use after showers. Not exactly high design, but only family members use this bathroom. The gallon-sized jugs are quite sturdy and I will definitely re-use them once they are empty. I used a second gallon to fill several smaller, easier to handle containers. I have a couple of pretty glass 16 ounce bottles for guests to use in the other bathroom and several 8 ounce bottles that I like to keep in various spots so I can easily use this as a hand lotion -- by the kitchen sink, on a shelf by the door to the backyard, and right next to my bed so I can always find some without having to go into search mode when my hands need a little TLC. This works great as a hand lotion! Applying it as needed through the course of the day is leaving my dry, cracked hands looking and feeling smooth and supple again in no time. I like that the lotion is not so thick and heavy that it makes it hard to pour out of the gallon jug when filling smaller containers. And it flows perfectly through the pump dispenser designed for gallon-sized bottles, that I bought just for use with one of the gallon jugs. Although I am only using this lotion for household use, I can see it being great for rental properties and offices, too. The nice, light scent + the fact that the lotion is not too thick or too thin, and doesn't feel greasy means that it should be pleasant for most people to use. The product is housed in durable plastic jugs that are sealed -- great for storage and make refilling smaller containers easy. All at a very economical price... The four gallon jugs arrived in a very strong box and in perfect condition (the outside of the box was a bit battered -- after all the contents weight 37 pounds.
