As someone who constantly wakes up hot and sweaty, I was desperately looking for a sheet thats breathable and delivers on the claims of really being cooling. The fabric has that high-end, crisp feel you usually only find in luxury hotels, and it stays lightweight throughout the night. I was a bit worried about the durability, but the mercerized finish gives them a nice luster and they have held up beautifully through several washes without any pilling. They do come out of the dryer with some wrinkles, but a quick iron makes them look incredibly sharp and smooth on the bed. I love these sheets. They are obviously high quality and sturdy. Pure organic cotton percale sheets. The texture is not silky. They feel more like linen. They are soft but with a tougher linen feel to them. I think they feel amazing to sleep in. I really don't like the cheap, soft jersey feel of some sheets at this same price point. I also have 3 dogs who sleep in the bed with me and tend to somehow put a hole in most sheets by horsing around. These are sturdy enough to resist that (and inexpensive enough to get several sets for frequent changes). I also really like the sage color. In the pictures they look a little more minty or sea foam green but I decided to get them anyway and I'm glad I did. The color is a classic sage a bit darker than they appear in the pictures. The only complaint I have is that they are slightly less deep pocketed than I need. I don't remember exactly but but I believe my mattress is 14 or 16 inches high and the pockets just go over the bottom of the mattress - when I lie down on the bed, they pop up over the bottom edge. This is a very common problem with this mattress and they don't slip up on top of the mattress, just pop around the corners so it's not really with dinging the rating. Read more
Low thread count and a bit rough, thin. These sheets would be good for a warm climate as long as you don't care about a thin sheet or a low thread count sheet. They are thin and a bit rough, but not too bad. A warm climate like Texas or Arizona would be best for these sheets, and a person that is not bothered by a slightly rough or thin sheet. I do like the color, the quality of construction and that they are organic. The lower thread count and Percale weave make these sheets have a better air permeability than high thread count sheets, which is an advantage in warmer climates. Read more
These are wonderful sheets! They are soft and comfortable and I love that there is a tag showing head/foot, the only reason for the star deduction is because I ordered light grey and would say they definitely look more like a sage color than grey and do not go with my decor very well. I won't return because I opened them and washed before I realized they were not the right color. They wash well but wrinkle quite a bit of left over the dryer has stopped but once the bed is made the wrinkles disappear and folded set de-wrinkles as they sit. They fit my king size mattress perfectly! I really just wish they had been an actual light grey or that I noticed before I washed them though! Read more
