I ordered three of these, two in purple, and one in pink. The two purple ones stopped working and functioning before six months. The pink one is still working great, and ironically that one is almost a year old, and was the first one I bought! I tried to find contact info on the seller to let them know how disappointing and unexceptional it was for both purple ones to just stop functioning before six months, but there is no contact info to be found. Very troubling, as most of the top sellers who deal in anything electronic, provide their contact info in case of any issues. Not so with this seller. A supervisor in Customer service, also had zero luck in finding any trace of information for the seller. The specialty dept dropped the ball in helping, as usual, no surprises there. Amazon has failed to offer any help or solutions thus far. Hopefully, the seller will read this, and contact me with a resolution. If so, I will update. Stay away from the purple ones, hoping to help other folks avoid this same issue, and then have no recourse due to a ghost seller. Read more
