Cases of this product are available; its consistency allows for use without added liquid in baking; it's an excellent replacement for high-sugar coffee creamers, and it's wonderful for baking. This is on my bi-monthly order list to ensure I do not run out. Thickness: The coconut milk is creamy without any of the lumps found in most canned coconut milk options. Note, I have tried all types of milk alternatives over the years....rice milk and oat milk, for example. While I liked both of those options (and my youngest son was cow milk intolerant, thus the seeking of alternatives decades ago), after doing my own research, I shifted a few years ago to coconut milk as my stable. Note: My diet is holistic without preservatives, sugar, carbonated drinks, or restaurant foods...so this fits my lifestyle.
