Matcha with ceramides
This matcha comes in little 4.5 gram sticks that already have 2 grams of matcha plus the ceramides, cane sugar, alpha-cyclodextrin, catechin, theanine, and vitamin A. The packs are ready to just be mixed into water or milk and drank right away. A chasen can also be used to froth the powder before fully mixing and drinking. It’s only meant for 70-80mL of water which is under 3 oz. The sticks come in a resealable bag that is easy to tear open and it helps contain all 28 sticks. In my attempt to make some matcha, the serving stick was easy to tear open. The powder is a nice green color. Pouring it through a sifter, everything fell through without clumping save for some tiny lumps that I didn’t end up using. I mixed in a little bit of water at 150 degrees and attempted to froth it up but had no luck (it really could be personal as I have yet to have any luck frothing any matcha).
