I've been buying this type of shirt from The Children's Place for years for my daughter, who is now ten. The sizing is perfect, the designs are adorable, and the fabric is soft and washes well. The only stains I have trouble getting out of it are from her art projects, as I've yet to find a stain remover that works well on paint, but food and dirt stains come out easily. Despite the hard use she puts them through, the shirts last years and she tends to grow out of them before they wear out, which is wonderful. I love these shirts from the children’s place. They are inexpensive and great thick cotton quality. They are true to size. Shrink minimally. Just a tip though, these shirts have glitter on them so when you wash them, there will be glitter in your clothes, even if you wash inside out. So please be careful if that is going to be a problem for you. Either hand wash or wash separately from other items. Read more
