What I really like about this hair styling powder is that once I apply to my scalp, it almost looks like an instant boost was just given to my hair. I like how its powder is very fine, and it’s super easy to rub into the scalp, and I don’t feel it cake up on my scalp, like what would probably happen when using other types of hair care products. I like that it comes in a very decent size bottle, and this bottle should last a really good while being that you only use just a minute small amount of powder to achieve really full, and thick styling capabilities. I like it works well that my hair that is super straight, so it’s very hard to make my hair get a textured look to it, but once I apply some of this onto my scalp and with a good work through with my fingertips, I tend to get a really messy/textured look that I’m trying to go for. The only thing that I didn’t like about this hair powder is that it doesn’t hold my look quite as well as other hair powder products that I’ve used before from other brands, but I do like that it doesn’t have a sticky feeling that is almost inevitable with all other products. Usually at the end of the day from using this product, I feel my hair is just very thickened and blown out. Overall, I really am happy and glad that I discovered a new hair powder product that works really great with my hair and even better when combined with other hair care products. I will recommend this hair powder to all my family and friends, and to anyone that has super straight hair, and finding it hard to find products to keep a style or look at you’re going for in place, then I would recommend you give this a try and see if it works as well for you as it does for me. I have like 1b/1c hair. My bangs get greasy same day as a wash, mostly because I floof my bangs with my hands multiple times throughout the day. I hate it when my hair is flat right in front, I like a little volume right along my hairline in front of my face, the rest of my hair does not need the volume. This product makes my hair look less greasy and gives wonderful volume. Now for the weirdness - I'm not sure how a powder can feel "wet" but it does. It can be kind of a sticky feeling, so its best to use a tiny amount of this. Too much and it will make the hair clumpy. That sticky clumpy feeling tends to settle on my scalp as the day goes on. I don't mind it, but it feels like there is stuff on my head which may be off putting to some people. Another small issue I take with this is that one of the major ingredients is silica. Since this is a powder, it's hard to control exactly where the powder will land, so do not use this around pets. Pets can inhale the silica dust and it can be quite irritating to their respiratory system. Otherwise, it's a good product that does what it claims to do. Read more
