I randomly tried these out in like 2019 and I have been hooked since. It's DEFF a lil spicy when you first put them on, but once you figure out that it's just the mint, a switch goes off in your brain and you'll start to love it. I know, sounds crazy, but these are sooooooo soothing and somehow make my period less heavy and significantly less painful (cramp wise). Like I said, MAGICAL. They smell amazing, feel great and are just as absorbent as any other pad. I alternate between these and my cloth pads and it has helped with my cramps so much that I will never buy any other type of disposable pad again.
