I have a drawer full of dull kitchen knives plus even more utility blades, and "easy" sharpeners that have always left me disappointed. I was always intimidated by whetstones and afraid I would ruin the angle of my expensive blades. This rolling sharpener completely solved that problem! Here is why I love it: Idiot-Proof Angles: The magnetic block is the real MVP here. It holds the knife at the exact 15° or 20° angle you need, so there is zero guesswork. You just snap the knife on and it will hold it at that angle. The magnets are very strong. Scary Sharp Results: I tested it on an old vegetable knife that couldn't even cut a tomato properly. After about 2 minutes of work with all three levels, it was slicing through tomatoes and other vegetables like broccoli with absolutely zero resistance. Beautiful Design: It feels solid and heavy in the hand, and the wood finish looks great. It’s one of the few kitchen tools I don’t mind leaving out on the counter.
