I actually purchased this for my wife. She snores so loudly that you can hear her in other rooms. I actually get woken up constantly and it really affects my quality of sleep. I figured I had nothing to lose by getting her this pillow. It came vacuum sealed so I opened the package and let it sit for two days as instructed. She has now been using it for about two weeks and while it hasn’t completely stopped her snoring, it has reduced it to a very low rumble. It has also motivated her to start a new diet and exercise program to try and stop completely and feel better. The memory foam is nice and comfortable and fits nicely in any standard pillow case. Best result is that I am sleeping better as well as measured by my watch/phone. My sleep score has improved so that makes me happy. The pillow has improved my snoring (according to my partner)! I still snore sometimes, but it’s not as loud or disruptive to my partner. The shape of the pyramid takes some time to get used to because you have to sleep facing on the downward slope, but the memory foam is pretty comfortable (not too hard or too soft). I wish the pillow was a bit bigger though (the width is less than a standard pillow, whereas the longest length is ok). Read more

I normally don't write reviews but I had to for this. I all of sudden started snoring and couldn't figure out why or how to stop. I purchased countless pillows and filled my closet with them because I kept snoring. It was so bad I was waking myself up. I even tried nose strips but they are terribly uncomfortable. It truly helps with the snoring when I'm able to refrain from sleeping on my back. There is a great difference. I tend to roll in my sleep. I allowed the pillow to fully inflate and used it. The Pryamid hump helps, but I tend to roll over it on some nights. Nevertheless, the price was worth it to not wake my husband and although he needs one as well!... I'm a deep sleeper and he is not.
