My physical therapist recommended this theracane for me to use to alleviate neck and back pain. I tried hers, and I ordered it right away. It assists in reaching difficult spots on back/neck etc., and you can apply the pressure you like. Easy to handle, gives relief, durable and well made, good value; I highly recommend. I was in physical therapy (for something completely unrelated) and saw this contraption on a table so asked my PT what the heck it was. He got a funny look on his face and said “only the best deep tissue and pressure point tool!” Then he walked over, grabbed it, and showed me one shoulder blade spot, then another sciatica spot. I tried it - and it was INCREDIBLY easy to use and INCREDIBLY effective. I left PT and sat in my car and bought this immediately. It took me a bit to receive it, but when I did, it came with a booklet with even more EASY to follow pressure-based points for arms, shoulders, back, glutes, legs. And the booklet is full of color diagrams/pictures that show you exactly how to position the knobs, and where and how to apply pressure. I am telling you - this is a game changer! Read more

This is my 2nd Therea Cane, the first one was left at my son's house several states away. He liked it so I ordered this one You can buy cheaper canes with more knobs on them but I like this one because it has fewer and they are in the right place to efficiently message muscles, joints, and apply pressure to knotted muscles. I like to squeeze a small blob of my favorite muscle rub on the ball and work that in to the exact spot you otherwise wouldn't be able to reach. And this is made in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA! This was recommended by my physical therapist. I keep getting knots/spasms in my neck and upper back. This tool allowed me to find the pressure points and apply pressure and also move the Thera Cane around the trigger point. I can reach every area of my back.
