Have been using for decades and majority of pro private gyms along with phys therapy centers provide their clients with access to them... I wanted to get the same bands that I use for my PT exercises with a trainer. This is a great set. It's so nice for me to have the lighter bands (yellow, red, green) for my upper body and the stronger bands (blue and black) for lower body. My husband was also thankful I bought these so he can use them for his home workouts. I know from using them that they are very durable and easy to use for a variety of exercises. I just wish that this set had come with a carrying case so I could easily keep them together. Read more
