Good Eye Drops for Dry Eyes without preservatives
My eye surgeon recommended TheraTears in the vials and to store a few in the refrigerator as the coolness is more soothing than if it were warm. The important thing as he put it is that these do not use preservatives which he does not like to use if possible. I can use this product a few times during the day for dryness. I have been using TheraTears in the vials since February 2020 and it works for me. I have not experienced any negativity with using this. Read more
Best eye drops BUT CHEAPER AT WALMART (8.44 per box)
I have been diagnosed with dry eyes which are quite severe and really interfering with my vision. I have used TheraTears in the past after cataract surgery and scleral buckle surgery. TheraTears never irritated my eyes and provided prompt relief. So I am back using TheraTears once again to treat my dry eyes. I can also use the drops in the bottle that turns 'preservative free' once it makes contact with your eye. Either in vials or bottle, TheraTears is the drop that works best for ME, but everyone is different. Try different brands and see which one works best for you. What works for one person, may not work for another. Just stick to drops that are preservative free. TheraTears can be applied even when wearing contacts and will not leave you with blurry vision for more than a minute or so, where other drops blur my vision with contact. Read more
