Sometimes it’s hard to know what to buy. You read reviews, but they’re not always spot on. This one really nailed it though. They look good, work perfectly, and they even have salt and pepper printed on top, so that once you start, you never run across the situation where somebody accidentally puts pepper in the salt grinder or vice versa. On top of all that the overall design is excellent. The stainless steel looks good with my other appliances, is also practical . From an industrial perspective, these salt and pepper grinders win… hands down! The mechanicals, the batteries and everything else are built into the top, which separates from the bottom with a simple twist. The bottom portion is a container and grinder with a selection switch on the very bottom that allows you to choose how fine or course your grind is. It’s easier to switch back-and-forth to! If you need a very fine grind for something just turn it all the way to the right, clockwise, and if you need something very court, just turn left. The further left you go, the course it gets. So if you want to grill a steak with salt and pepper using a course ground, turn that knob all the way or nearly all the way to the left and you’re gonna get a nice rough coating of pepper that goes perfectly with steak, with a little olive oil to hold it on there. this is a really attractive set. That works extremely well, and I highly recommend it. Considering the fact that you can pay significantly more for a single hand grinder, this is what I’d call a no-brainer! Read more
