I’ve had one for years and purchased the same for my daughter and grandkids. Everybody just loves this tool and so easy for kids that don’t like sitting still ever. This device permits one to check body temperatures any time.
This electronic thermometer is just the thing to check one's body temperature for everyone in the family! This thermometer is exactly like those used in doctor's offices and hospitals to check patients body temperature. Another good thing about this is that this is a no contact thermometer, that is, one just points it at the person's forehead allowing about an inch or two clearance, then press the trigger and you now have a person's temperature recorded and displayed. It didn't work properly
Either it was not accurate... or my entire family is DEAD. the Temps it displays is extremely low. We returned it and went with the Braun... more expensive but far more accurate... was replacing a previous Braun with a cheaper alternative... BIG BIG mistake. Our previous Braun lasted 15 years before it quit... oops. Read more

Kind of cheaply made
Gives very inaccurate readings sometimes. Has ways to change stuff on it, but I can't remember the complicated directions and I don't really understand why I would change those things. I mean it will give you the jist of whether someone has a fever, but it won't give you a very accurate reading. I have checked it against multiple other thermometers at the same time and this one is off by a at least a whole degree every time Read more
