My toddler adores Thomas and, by extension, these underwear. They seemed scratchy to me but apparently they're soft enough that he doesn't seem irritated by the fabric. They're tagless except for a tiny little tag off to the side on the back that I snipped off. There's even an opening in the front -- totally useless but cute detail. Seem well made and ought to last (until they become too small in a short while -- they seem to run a bit small...at 2.5 y.o. and fairly slim, these fit snug). Read more
This is good cheap underwear for those potty training stages. No, it is not super soft organic cotton, but it has fun characters (we have 3 different character sets) and my son loves picking out his underwear ("Mickey!" "Goofy!"). For the price, you can stock up on 3 packets and have plenty of extras for diaper bags, etc. It’s the best you can get for the price. We looked around a lot and amazon has the best pricing as with many other items. This specific brand has other cartoons as well so buy a few that your child likes and give them options daily of what to wear. Important note: this product seems to shrink a little with washings as any other cotton item. We wash on warm and dry on low. My son wears 2T pants but wears 4T underwear. When he was in 18-24-month pants, he was wearing the 2T/3T underwear. So just be aware of shrinkage. His always recommend fun underwear for potty training purposes. Purchase all characters your child loves so they look forward to wearing underwear. They will get very excited to wear it if they love a certain cartoon. My son just turned two and is in LOVE with Thomas. He's currently wearing pampers baby dry size 5 and the 2T/3T briefs fit him perfectly (he's 28 lbs, 33 inches tall). I can see these easily being too small on some other two year olds though. My son is pretty small except for his big 'ol toddler belly. These fit him nicely though and the images and colors are great. We washed and dried them before wearing as well. His new briefs have really helped start the potty training process. Even if he's not in the mood to go to the bathroom on the potty he still wants to wear these OVER his diaper or pull up! He knows he shouldn't pee on Thomas, so if he doesn't want to to the bathroom on the potty he'll ask for a diaper! Read more
They look huge when they come out of the package! See the first photo of a pair of size 4t in cars underwear that had been washed and dried already compared to a new train pair not washed yet. They looked so big that I didn’t think they’d work for our needs! Second photo has a picture of it after being on our usual dryer setting. 100% but it shrunk a lot the first time.
