The unregulated vitamin industry makes it hard to choose reliable supplements for sure. So I find this Thorne company, through my minor research and how I feel after using, seems to have a better quality product. For example, this Vitamin B12 that I am using for about two months may be why I am sleeping better and generally feeling noticeably good and improved. Tastes like a normal multivitimin, smells like one also. Size of the pill is about the average size of most other pills. Other than that, I took them as directed. Didn't notice any crazy differences tbh, just felt healthier knowing that I was supplementing like I was supposed to haha Read more
