I have been looking for the perfect sheets for my own use, as well as in my short term rentals and I am glad to say I FOUND them! The first set I bought came with plenty of pillowcases (that actually fit nicely) and there is an option to buy a bundle with extras for not much more money. They wash well, are comfortable, and soft. Even my spouse commented that they were his favorite after many years of looking for the best ones for a comfortable night sleep in summer or winter. I purchased both the Ivory and White. The Ivory set is more of a light yellow--but it's a really nice color and I liked it so much I bought a second set. I read most of the review prior to buying and despite some complaints regarding ties and the zipper, I rolled the die and I am glad I did. The most important thing is fabric quality. This duvet has a sateen stitched fabric. Its not slippery but does give that crisp smooth feel of high quality hotel sheets with a denser fabric. There were in fact fabric ties at the corners, they are not the same material as the duvet (thankfully!), its a coarser braided material that wont come untied easily. Nothing is a bigger PIA than ties that wont stay tied. The zipper is on white interfacing (I bought the white duvet) and is in fact a silver metal zipper with silver teeth. However, its not at the edge of the duvet. Instead its smartly about 6-10" in on the underside of the duvet. It also has a fabric gusset to cover the zipper. No one is going to see the silver zipper. The pintucks are tight and wont pull out easily. Fabric ships wrinkled but I expect it to release with washing based on my experience with similar quality of material. The shams are gusseted on the ends which surprised me (vs the back). Overall I would rate this duvet in quality as medium/high. Its not cheaply made. The put in the extra craftsmanship details. Fabric is on the higher quality side. Stitching is solid despite lack of trimming tread at the ends. Zipper could be higher quality, but still not the cheap going to break quick type. I was advised by my allergist to get 1000 thread count or more sheets. This set is perfect with the color true to the illustration. I had none of the problems described in some other reviews and it fit my queen topper perfectly. It is heavier than the sheets I’ve used in the past but not “hotter” for me at all. The sheets come out of the dryer very wrinkled but after being folded for awhile much of that goes away, maybe because of the weight, unlike my 800 and 400 weight sheets - not as if ironed but not bad. The mattress sheet indicates which direction to place it, and my set came with a “do not disturb” sign which is fun and I keep on m6 bedroom door even though i live alone. I was initially put off by the price, but this seems to be a quality set, worth the cost. Read more

I like a sheet with some weight to it . They are soft and deep enough for my mattress as well which has been hard in the past . Don’t wrinkle easily like those thinner sheets like bamboo . Threw my other ones out and buying a second set . I recommend ! Read more

Had a very strong chemical smell, which took 2 washings to get out. The top sheet was not the size listed in the product description, as it was 9 inches shorter than it was supposed to be. I would suggest looking elsewhere for your sheets. Read more
