Works OK, comfortable but noisy. All 9 modes use both the vibrator and the thrusting together; they have no modes of just one or the other. I even downloaded the app, and tried to 'draw your own' waveform, which was useless. No way to separate the thrust or vibration, and the slowest possible to 'draw', was the same as mode 1 (which is way too fast). Read more
