I really like this backpack... well made, plenty of room for all my gear. Compartments are easy to get to. Looks great, and I especially like how it stands up like a piece of luggage and doesn't fold over like other backpacks tend to do. This is a solid backpack that perfectly fits a Dell 5530 , and has room for an iPad. the top pouch is perfect for glasses and the hard protective outside is very substantial. It holds its shape very well, and stands up in its place, which is a useful feature for me. Read more

If I could design a backpack this would be 90% exact to my design. Only small tweaks would be to make the two side pockets larger instead of expandable that you have to keep unzipped to keep expanded. Read more

Sadly this product consistently disappoints. It is difficult to access most interior pockets and if you remove a laptop from the rear compartment the bag flips forward. I’ve had other Thule products and this bag lacks the smart design I’ve come to expect. Consider another bag. This one only looks good, but does not preform well. Read more

On paper, this backpack has most of everything I wanted. I wanted the protective case for my glasses, a luggage sleeve and a water bottle area sturdy enough for my Hydroflask. I ordered the blue and the color is perfect. The bag is sturdy - too sturdy. I had a difficult time putting my glasses in the protective case, let alone my phone. I had a difficult time opening the bag to get things out of it. And the luggage sleeve - it was such a snug fit over my suitcase handle that it took 2 hands and some struggle to get it off. Perhaps it will take some time to "soften" the fabric, but I don't want to wait months. I am returning my 30L Thule and having to resume my search. Read more
