The product works and is great for sensitive skin and people with scent allergies it sensitivity. On the other hand, the packaging and delivery be Amazon is atrocious. I came home to a leaking box that managed to get everywhere. When I opened it, I discovered an inch and a half of liquid and absolutely no packaging at all in the box, just the product with a broken lid. After a far too difficult exchange process where I was originally told to ship it back, I managwd to contact a representative that took 20 minutes for a 2 minute resolution and a new one was sent out the following day. The second package had some brown butcher paper for packaging, but was also damaged in transit and I discovered a small crack on the bottom, causing it to slowly leak. Great product that removes stains well, dissolves well, didn't leak on arrival, and seems skin safe. HOWEVER, terrible packaging. If you use the measuring cup and don't fully wash and remove all residue, then put it back it will leak all over the packaging.
