The grinder came already partially charged, which was nice because I could test it right away. It feels comfortable in my hand and not too heavy. When I turned it on, I was honestly surprised by how quiet it was. The low vibration is noticeable but not harsh, and my dog did not jump or panic like he usually does with loud grooming tools. The two LED lights are actually very helpful. I did not think I would care about that feature, but being able to clearly see the nail and where I was grinding made me feel much more confident, especially on his darker nails.
