Preparing for finals has been a challenge with the extra screen time studying & reading. These glasses definitely helped during the longer sessions, easing strain on my eyes. I've found myself using them every time I'm on my computer since I got them. They are light enough to where they don't hurt the bridge of my nose or behind my ears, even after wearing them for several hours. Quality & price wise, I'd say they are expensive for what they are.
