It works very well. The sound it makes is loud so it is easy to find when I lose my bag. It’s small which is a plus so it doesn’t take up much room and it’s discreet. The range is good as well. The only downside is that it only works if Bluetooth is turned on. Read more
Bought this for my dad to attach to his wallet. Great little device that beeps so you can find it in the house! Works so well! Its also great because it attaches to our life360 and we can see where its been left! I highly recommend this for anyone who loses things frequently. I got this as a gift for white elephant but I’ve had tile and I like it. I know it’s like this for every tracker but it sucks that you do have to connect to wifi. But the find my phone feature is cool and I like that it works with life 360 Read more
These tiles are awesome. They make friendly sounds, it fits well with my keys as well as my wife's. They work through rain, snow, mud...SUPER reliable when paired with your phone. As someone who loses their keys or phones, it really comes in handy. In addition to this, the variety of colors makes a nice gift for family and friends. Of the entire product itself, the only downside I see is that the battery is irreplaceable and welded to power cables inside. There may be a sustainable option for recycling them from the company but I have yet to do that research. All-in-all, fantastic item. Read more
This saved my luggage! Air Canada lost my bag coming back to ATL from YYZ, and the Tile app let me know before I even got to the international baggage claim. As soon as I turned off airplane mode, I checked the app and saw my bag was still in Mississauga. At first I thought maybe the Bluetooth signal was off, but the Tile was right. This experience helped me discover Tile's community find feature. It seems that any phone running the Tile app that comes within Bluetooth range of your lost Tile will automatically and anonymously update its location. When that happens, you're notified of the updated location through the app. If someone wants to return your Tile, they can use in-app messaging for security or if enabled, they can contact you using the info you provide in the Notify When Found setting. To turn it on, open the Tile app, select your Tile, tap Notify When Found, and hit Done. If your Tile has a QR code, you can also add contact info so someone can reach you if they find it. Setting up the Tile is easy too. Download the Tile app, create an account, press the button on your Tile, and follow the pairing steps in the app. Once it's connected, you're ready to go. Tile and its features helped confirm my bag's location and gave me a heads-up that it was missing. I had to submit a form with Air Canada just in case it never showed up, but thankfully it did and I'm reunited with my Tile. All in all, this is worth every penny and I'm so glad I had this with me!
