I am the kind of person who can look at a picture and see it as a physics problem and the instructions have pictures. But still, I give it 5 stars because I just started putting it together on faith and really, there's only a few parts, so this will be beyond simple for almost everyone. For those of us who do best with color-coded and numbered or lettered parts, it makes us feel as though we are just like everybody else. It is very solid and easy to change the pads. It comes with the scrub brush on it, and to remove that there's a thing you push and it slides up and off. The scrubber and microfiber pads just stick onto the plastic velcro-like protrusions. I tried the microfiber pad and dusted all the cobwebs and baseboards in my apartment in under a minute. Then I scrubbed my textured plastic bathtub (Barkeeper's Friend--liquid) and it was fabulous for the floor and the wall and rinsed off easily (2-3 minutes). You can't even tell it's been used. I have been used to the kind of cleaning tools that screw together and you use it a few times and it falls apart. These pieces are strong and attractive and it's a tool that you might not need every day, but it's not something you would need to purchase again. This is really a rare find these days--a product that is solid, good for many years' use--and reasonably priced. The scrubber head is great. I love that the whole thing comes apart for easy drying. The extra reach is a life saver for the tub bottom, but it isn't super flexible, so it's harder to maneuver around the sides. One star off because the length lock barely holds it in place, and it will loosen and collapse the long handle if I put any kind of pressure on it, so I have to hold it in place manually. Read more
This has a variety of attachments that should meet most cleaning needs. The bristle brush, however, in extremely stiff. It may soften more with use, but out of the box, I am concerned it may damage some surfaces. It would work well for cleaning grout, but it is wider than any grout lines might be. It works well with the other heads for cleaning my primary baths shower as the ceiling is about 10 feet high. It was easy to assemble the pole and the attachments are easy to change out. It will be a great tool for cleaning high and hard to reach areas. I am giving it 5 stars, but use care with the very stiff brush head. Read more
I’m always a bit worried when I buy anything with a pole handle online. They’re always segmented, and that’s where the weakness lies. So I was happy to discover that this scrubber is very high quality, and not the least bit flimsy. It comes with a stiff brush, two scrubber pads (similar to scotchbrite) and a softer washable pad. This would be a 5 star review if the extension lock worked properly. It's not a "trigger" as stated in the title, but a swivel tension lock. Very little use will cause it to pop open and make the pole collapse. If the manufacturer fixed this issue it'd be a great product. Read more
This is the handiest thing I think I've ever bought! I had to really scrub some floors that had paint, spackle and grime on them and holy cow! They looked like new! The handle is sturdy, the bristles are firm, and the other attachments are great for tubs! Excellent value and great quality! Read more
