Best wagon for travel softball! I just bought this wagon to replace an older model that I bought for my travel softball team three years ago, which died at out last tournament -(a wheel broke which caused it to topple, breaking the wheel bracket, the netting on the bottom ripped, and the frame bent). This is a definite upgrade! It can carry 3 buckets of balls, 2 Tanner tees, two pitching rubbers, two home plates, a 10x10 Tent, 3 hitting nets, the team stereo, two folding chairs, my coffee mugs, my coaching bag and more! Westfield Outdoors (Parent companies name) definitely knows how to make a wagon! The upgrades- The wheels are sturdier - instead of the hollow plastic wheels with a rubber strip these wheels are much sturdier with the whole surface having some type of rubberized feel. I also love the fact that the wheels are easier to remove! The brake is a much appreciated add-on! No more chasing my wagon as it rolls away! And they are easy enough to engage and disengage with your foot. The handle is slightly longer, which appears more to do with the new wheel design than it does the actual length of the handle, but the result of an extra inch or two in the handle is much appreciated. The zipper pocket is another nice addition that is definitely going to come in use! No more digging through the wagon for small items! My favorite upgrade though is the tailgate! No more pressing lever in the middle to raise it, it now slides smoothly up and down using the wagon frame. This wagon seems more refined, the older model had silver bolts and screws. The newer model they are black and match the frame. The basket area itself is no longer velcroed to top and bottom of the the four corners of the frame, it is just mounted at the top of the frame now. Not sure what kind of impact that's going to have, but it doesn't seem to hinder anything so far. Read more

I couldn’t be more pleased with the TIMBER RIDGE 400L Large Capacity Folding Double Decker Wagon! This wagon is a game-changer. The large capacity makes it perfect for hauling everything from camping gear to groceries, and the double-decker design is incredibly handy for organizing and separating items. It’s very sturdy and can carry a lot of weight without feeling flimsy. The wheels are smooth, making it easy to maneuver on different surfaces, and I love how it folds up for easy storage when not in use. I’ve used it for multiple outdoor activities, and it has held up beautifully. The quality is excellent for the price, and it’s so convenient to have a reliable wagon that can handle heavier loads. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a durable, spacious, and easy-to-use wagon! Read more

I bought this for scout camps as often we have to hike gear 0.5-1 miles from the parking lot (not backbacking, regular camping) and I wanted something that can handle my cot, chairs, and all my gear aside from my backpack, plus some of my kid's gear. I love that the bottom holds long items (2 cots and 2 chairs easily). I also love that the top is up higher than other wagons so no bending down to get things. The tailgate folds up to hold shorter things in place, or can be used as additional cargo space with some bungee cords, or as a footrest with my chair sitting by it. I can get my 10x10 popup canopy in it (although i havent yet so no review on that exactly). the cup holders and side pockets are nice and I like that the handle doesnt lay flat to the ground when you let go of it, so no bending over to get it. it is slightly top heavy compared to my other wagons, so I am more careful with going up on one side of the wheels, but totally worth it. it rolls (when I dont want it to) a little more than my others do. This wagon is perfect for taking to my kids' baseball and softball tournaments! I'm so glad i decided to go with the double decker wagon. The bottom level holds all of our chairs so I'm not stuck carrying them around all day as we switch fields. I love that the bottom level sticks out a bit so you can fit longer items too. We are even able to fit a 10x10 shade canopy. The top half holds all of our other stuff easily - a small cooler for good and drinks, toys for the younger kids, my purse or bag, umbrellas for rain or shade, and there is still room to spare. It's also a convenient height because I don't have to bend over to look through it to find something in my purse or grab food from the cooler. There are also pockets along the sides for things like a cell phone or anything you want to keep within easy reach. The cup holders come in handy too for either water bottles or Mom's coffee for those early morning games. And the wheels are pretty heavy duty and roll easily on uneven ground. I used it all summer and had no trouble with it. I was nervous that I would have trouble setting it up and packing it back down again on my own, but it's really easy. It only takes a minute to unfold it or put it away, and the instructions explain it easily. My only complaint is a minor one - I wish you could keep the handle upright and folded in close to the wagon when you're not pulling it. It looks like that to me in the picture, but in reality, the handle always sticks out at an angle so it's ready to be pulled. Not a big deal though. I will also say that it looks really nice and high quality. I honestly didn't want a bright color, so this brown and tan was the perfect neutral combination. And while other people were rolling regular wagons with chairs sticking out while struggling to find what they needed, our double decker wagon was kept neat and organized with plenty of room. I purchased this wagon for sports tournaments, but I've found other uses as well. I highly recommend it. Read more
