I was looking for a decent quality leather belt for work. I have several, but they are getting worn out and several are falling apart cause they were cheaply made, not real leather. I have bought other Timberland products which have been decent quality for the price. So I saw they make leather belts and decided to purchase one. The price was reasonable so I found my size and saw it was reversible, (dk brown/black), which is even better! I received the belt promptly and unpacked it. The build quality of the belt was surprisingly sturdy, definitely doesn't look or feel cheap like some 'leather' belts do. You could definitely tell it's real leather. The color looks good on both sides. The stitching looks sturdy. The reversible buckle works good and the belt smells like a leather belt, no weird chemical smell. It's stiff like a real leather belt should be, but not overly stiff. The size was exactly as expected and fit me without issue. I needed a new belt so I decided to try Amazon, this belt seems nice, it took bit longer to arrive than regular orders that I make from Amazon, but that's OK it still came on time (Amazon are very, very professional) The only problem I had with the belt was that one of the screws was loos and it hurt me before I realized and fixed it. I also order a bit too long belt so I needed to create few more holes. I definitely think this is a good buy. Read more

This belt looks nice, but made with really bad quality. I have had mine for 30 days and the mechanism that allows you to reverse the belt to the other color just broke. It didn’t snap off, it just popped out. I’m not happy with this at all. Read more

The belt itself is of good quality. It's reversible so pick black or brown and stick with it. The metal, however has become worn over time, and the chrome has begun to strip off,. revealing the copper based alloy underneath. To be honest though, I don't really care that much, because I just use this as an everyday standard item. If you're going to use this as a fashion item, consider that the appearance will change, and if that matters to you, I'd suggest a "solid" stainless or brass buckling system. I don't regret this purchase in any way, but just wanted to be honest with my review. Read more
