Honestly, I was surprised by how bad these are, After all the Great reviews by Amazon influencers. I am upgrading from an earlier version of Time kettle, the price was steep, but what they were promising seemed to be everything I needed. These fail Hard! Advertised as seamless, it takes 5 To 10 seconds for it to translate, getting that with my old version, no improvement with the W4 Pro. The translations are wrong over 50 percent of the time. I had it translate a Sentence 3 times, speaking the EXACT same way all 3 times, it gave me 3 different answers. I cannot trust this on my travels, one mistake like this could cost me too much. A friend introduced us to this device after he met a polish lady. He asked my wife and I to test it and let us know what we think. My wife is from Venezuela and speaks primarily spanish. We know enough of each others languages to communicate about our daily routines. However when we try to have a deeper discussion it is hard. My wife absolutely loved them so we bought one of our own. The quality is so much better than Google Translate or cheap devices. It helps with our deeper conversations between us, conversations with her family, they are comfortable to wear, phone conversations where the other side doesn't have to wear them, etc. She wore them to church to listen to the sermon and I followed along on screen to make sure it was accurate and it was spot on. This has improved since W2, but AI puts words in your mouth and some of them are not nice! We still are trying to keep it connected as other apps disconnect it on a regular basis, annoying! I would be hesitant to buy it again, might look at others real hard before choosing, especially for one just for one on one conversations. Read more

Superó ampliamente mis expectativas!! Muy fácil de usar y hace todo!! Tiene muchas opciones de cada idioma. Por ejemplo de Inglés, esta el de USA, Inglaterra, Australia, y muchos mas. Lo mismo con el español, argentino, mexicano, y 10 mas. Y asi todos los idiomas. El portugués, de Portugal y de Brasil. Increíble. Además se escucha perfecto, tiene un pequeño delay, normal, pero traduce muy bien. Hay que intentar no hablar muy rápido para que no se equivoque.
