I’m so sad. The level of excitement I had for this product was quickly shattered. I already have 2 other Tineco vacuums that are respected members of our family. We don’t know how to live without them. One is soon to be put to rest as it has had a full year of daily hard work. We thought this would be a perfect replacement but it was disappointment after disappointment. 1. Felt like it didn’t hold as much clean water as older model 2. Edge cleaning was great but too tall for standard kitchen cabinets which means it’s useless in the kitchen 3. Much harder to maneuver 4. Modes change mid vacuum due to buttons being on handle 5. Harder to empty and clean dirty water tank 6. Very heavy 7. Much slower speed 8. Doesn’t clean any better than cheaper or older models. This just didn’t feel like a $600 clean. Returning :( Read more

Buyer Beware!! Loved the S7, but the warranty left me without a machine

I genuinely liked my S7 and took excellent care of it. It looked almost new when it suddenly stopped working. I sent it in under warranty expecting a repair. Instead, I was told it was “unrepairable,” offered 25% back, and told I could get a refurbished replacement with no guarantee it would even work. Because of that, I was encouraged to take the 25% payout. I was never given the option to have my unit returned, even at my own expense. The product was good. The warranty experience was not.
