Excellent product. ALMOST as good as having Rosie the Robot Maid from The Jetsons! It even TALKS to give you instructions, though not as charming and sassy as Rosie but definitely a little Bossy. ;-D Do follow her instructions to keep your machine in good shape and avoid bad odors. It cleans, steams, sucks up wet messes and ALL without needing to use chemical detergents. This is great for INFANTS, CHILDREN, PETS and SENSITIVE INDIVIDUALS. Excellent for quick pickups too - wet or dry spills, muddy paw prints. The only thing it really can't do super well is edges. It gets pretty close (within a 1/2") but be prepared to do the baseboards and edges separately. If your floors are reasonably clean to begin with then easy-peasy. Heavy grime may require a few passes and frequent tank changes. Once that is done then MAINTAINING your CLEAN FLOORS is a BREEZE. FAR EASIER THAN HAULING A MOP AND BUCKET AROUND! It has MOTORIZED FORWARD PROPULSION and LAYS FLAT to get UNDER BEDS and most furniture without moving them. A great BACK SAVER! If your EXPECTATIONS are REALISTIC you will be VERY HAPPY with THIS DEVICE! Read more
Could be the best appliance/home cleaning gadget I’ve ever bought. Incredibly simple to use—it’s dummy proof. Gets the floors super clean, and fast! Battery life is adequate, especially while using automatic mode. Criticisms (and these are teeny and nit picky): I would like to see this corded, or have battery packs that could be swapped out for bigger jobs, extended steam cleaning, etc. The top of the dirty water reservoir is a little tough to open. It seals firmly, and there’s nothing to “grab.” As with all carpet cleaners, floor cleaners, etc., I’ve used, it’d be nice to have a larger dirty water reservoir. Having said that, I don’t feel like I’m constantly emptying it, like I have with other brands. Read more
The media could not be loaded. I had a corded steam vacuum and I finally decided to upgrade and got a cordless one. The vacuum is beautiful. It works better than the swiffer and is more environmentally friendly with the self cleaning function. It very easy to move around, the wheels leads the way when mopping. I have wood floor and the amount of steam is perfect-doesn’t leave my floor wet. Not only it mops the floor, it can vacuum at the same time. The blue light helps to detect dirty spots. It takes a bit of time for the steam to warm up and I do wish there’s a bit more steam. Overall I’m happy with my purchase. Read more
Works great so far. With multiple dogs in the house the steam feature on the hard floors is great. The self cleaning is also a great feature. This mop is easier to clean than previous mops I've owned like the Bissel Crosswaves. Expensive, but worth it so far. Read more
I had an s5 and really loved it so I thought the s7 would be much better especially with the steam function. It’s pretty heavy and the steam is a very mild light steam so it helps to loosen dirt and stains but certainly can’t get out any tough ones. The extra money this S7 cost compared to S5 isn’t worth it. I won’t go through the hassle to return this because it does get the job done but I don’t think it’s worth the money and would recommend getting the S5 instead. Read more
I reluctantly purchased after my husband insisted, but boy am I glad I did. This cordless steam vac is by far the nicest tool for floors that we’ve ever seen. It is so easy to use, and acts like it is self-propelled. I love the way it talks to you and tells you when to empty the dirty water tank. I can’t imagine trying to do floors without it now. Sorry, but no. I'm not sure what it's supposed to do, but it seems to just make noise and not much else. I have wood floors, and with use, they accumulate some dried on stains from shoes, and just life, and this thing cannot remove them. You can hold the vacuum right over the stain for a minute straight and it still doesn't do anything. And then the cleaning and maintenance involved, blah, forget it. I rather vacuum and bthen follow with swiffer wet. Way cheaper, faster, easier, and actually cleans. Read more
It’s an effective vacuum mop and is our second tineco. I’d probably keep it if the head wasn’t so high which prevents it from cleanup g areas like kitchen toe kicks and corners. I love the steam but can probably find a steam mop that doesn’t make me pull out my vacuum to get the spots it missed. Read more
