Easily read, good built in light. Knobs could be a problem for seniors or those with peripheral neuropathy. Read more

silent you do not hear the ticking. Wakes you up gently with low beeping then goes to louder beeping. You can put on the snooze alarm. The light is good at night and it stays on for 3 seconds. Sturdy base so it does not fall of your night stand. It is an inexpensive alarm clock. Read more
great clock and only takes one AA battery.
I gave it 4 stars because as a senior, I find it very difficult to set the clock due to dials so close to edge of clock. otherwise it is great for vision impaired due to nice size of numbers. I wish the alarm sound was a little softer. It is nice size for nightstand. Read more

Confusing alarm!
This is a nice looking clock and is easy to read. It is silent, as promised. However the alarm function is so confusing as to be useless. I can never be sure I have actually set it to alarm. And when it goes off, I cannot be sure I have turned it off. In other words the "off" and "on" functions are confusing and unclear. I have tried for a couple of months, in fact, too long to return it. But I am done. I will donate it to someone who can figure it out, and find another clock. Very disappointing. Read more
